At this point we'll be looking to take advantage of any rebound, perhaps to test the 50 & 20 Day MA's, to get out of our 1 unit position..also note the resistance line at $3..so that would be a really great area to do so.
I would just add that the way this went down it looks very much like a large holder had to exit fast..perhaps it was mandated that they unwind for end of quarter.
This is the only explanation that I can see as today, although the volume was yet again anemic, when a noticeable seller "lifted", it immediately popped like .07.
Lastly, I want to re-iterate the value of our Unit Allocation Methodology.
We're not always going to be right..but having it 4 Units ROYL vs. 1 Unit REDF goes a long way in gaining traction as a trader.
